Delivery

Delivery delay :

We do our best to deliver to you as quickly as possible. Your products are designed on demand. The delivery time therefore includes the completion of your order and delivery.

We guarantee delivery in a maximum of 12 working days (under normal conditions). But this deadline is, in the majority of cases, shorter than 12 days.

Covid-19 Update: Due to the current health crisis, our delivery times are unfortunately longer. The difficulties experienced by our carriers are difficult to control. We are doing our best to get the situation right as soon as possible.

Delivery price:

Shipping is free worldwide. 

Return and refund

Return conditions:

Returns or refunds are possible within 30 days of receipt of the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All of our products can be returned with the exception of gift cards.

Please do not send your purchase back to our supplier.

Damaged, incorrectly printed or non-compliant products:

If you unfortunately receive a non-compliant product. I invite you to contact us by email: contact@hoopember.com

In this email, be sure to indicate:

  • The object of the problem
  • Order number
  • A clear photo showing the manufacturing defect

Following this email, if your request is valid, we will send your product back to you at our expense.

 

Exchange or refund requests:

In accordance with the law, the buyer has a  withdrawal period of 14 clear days from the delivery of his order. We give you 30 days to decide. Please note that the return conditions must be met to receive a refund.

To minimize returns due to wrong size, we provide a size guide for each product. Please take a look before ordering.

If you have another reason for return or refund, mention it in the email you sent us.

  • The reason for the return

  • Your desire to be refunded or to exchange the product

Once your case has been analyzed, we will give you the information to return the product to us. The transport costs for this kind of exchange are your responsibility. Once the package has been received and if it meets the return conditions, we will make the exchange or refund. The exchange time varies depending on your location and the transport time.

 

Fixed-term offers:

If your purchase is from a clear promotion on the site or a special occasion, returns are not accepted. Discount coupons entering before purchase do not fall into this category.

However, if your product is delivered non-compliant, we will replace it in any case.
